Diphosphate, nitrites and added sugars

It is in fact the pizza marketed by Intermarché, under the Fiorini private label, to obtain the best ranking. At € 4.87 per kilo, it has the fewest ingredients (16) and the best percentage of carbohydrates and salts. Among the various references, the pizzas of Auchan, Carrefour, E.Leclerc and Intermarché therefore present diphosphate, “a stabilizing agent suspected of increasing cardiovascular risk, particularly in patients with renal insufficiency”.
